How It Works – Sheet metal encompasses a wide range of processes to manipulate and shape sheets of metal into the required geometry. Industry proto-mold limited use bending, laser cutting, punches, welding and other processes to manufacture your sheet metal parts and prototypes.

Sheet metal processing is for sheet (usually below 6mm), which a comprehensive cold working processing. Including cutting, punching, composite, folding, welding, riveting, jointing together. The character of it was same work pieces have same thickness. Commonly used material are cold-rolled plated(SPCC), hot rolled plated(SHCC), galvanized sheet(SECC, SGCC), brass, beryllium, copper, aluminum, stainless steel etc. CNC Machining equipment works in accordance with the procedures sets, tungsten steel fllow the path programmed in the material surface and removed the excess portion of the material. Need grinding the surface after CNC before other finishing like Oxidation/Laser Engraving/Sand Blasting/ Power Coating,ect.
